We had a very pleasant experience especially with the amazing guy behind the bar called Harison. He has amazing humor and made the whole group laugh. Definitely coming back. Also loved luke he was kind aswell and his baby is so adorable.

A great little spot in the sun. Felt a little bit like we’re on holiday. A busy pub but still felt very relaxed. We only popped in for a drink, but stayed for lunch because Sarah was so welcoming. Will definitely be back.

Had a great time here on Sunday. Food was good. Not exceptional, but good. What made me and my wife's experience was the lovely barman called Harvey. This was our first time to the UK, and we loved his British charm and great service. Would reccomend this place to any Americans looking for a great UK pub experience with sports!

Really great location on the water and always fast service. we have pubs closer but we would rather walk further to get to this great pub. SARAH was our server and is always happy and says hello when we arrive and makes us feel welcome. 100% recommend

What on earth has happened to this pub? Walked in yesterday to find a bunch of bartenders who all chose to ignore me, serving everyone else first, even the people who arrived after me... Felt like a UKIP PUB - ??? Who are the new owners ???

Nice pub right next to the canal. Truely presents itself from it's best side in summer, or on a sunny day, when one can make use of the ample outdoor, almost beergarden like, seating options overloomking the water.
Food and drinks are of good quality, though, as part of one of the big pub chains, all rather standardised and no big surprises, neither good nor bad though, so, guess reliable, consistent standard is what you get.

Conveniently located a few minutes from the train station. Good service, good food, good drinks. Only complaint is that the cocktails were a bit small for the price.

We often meet at the GJA and we are always made to feel welcomed, contrary to many other pubs who say 'we don't want your type here' (we're a motorcycle club). The food is good, they have a good selection of beers, ciders, etc.....what else do you need?!

Please sort out the cask ale situation! Otherwise lovely pub. This has been our local for nearly 20 years and we've seen it through many revamps and changes.
It's had a lovely make over since the brewery took over running it but oddly the real ale has suffered since. It always used to have a Youngs ale or two and at least one or two guest ales. Now it's usually 2 ciders and a Youngs Original that has run out.
I and many others used to walk past and see a new ale on and pop in to try it and then have one each of the others and leave 3 pints later...that's how real ale works.
Having the same single ale on all the time is boring and I tend to pop my head in, see that and then don't bother. It's a shame. I've spoken to the staff and they say it's because they struggle to sell a cask and it goes off...that's probably because of the reasons above.
Other than that, all the other beers cost more than a pint in the West End. The food tends to go through good and bad patches. Nice menu but it's been over cooked our last few times. Not terribly cheap either.
We still come in to support the place but it's shame the beer let's it down. That's a missed opportunity when by the canal too...lot of ale fans on boating holidays!
Lovely staff though and a great spot by the canal. You'll be hard pushed to find a better beer garden in London

We took my Mother in law here for her birthday. The staff were very attentive and friendly. A wonderful service.
